We visited CARSUCRE, the local environmental authority in Sucre. We had a long conversation with Gustavo Perez, the person in charge of groundwater reserves, about water governance at the regional, municipal, and community scale. CARSUCRE has shared the practical information to plan the collection of water and soil samples for environmental DNA in the coming months at in different points in the state of Sucre.
