Empowering rural communities under climate change and water scarcity

Andrés Palacio, Associate professor in Economic History at LUSEM, recently got funded by Formas with almost 12 million for a research project in Colombia. The project aims to enhance the sustainable development of rural and dispersed communities in tropical dry areas. The goal is to help rural communities find and adapt sustainable solutions to climate variability.
