Stockholm, Academic Forum Chile - Sweden Sustainable water use, food security and transformative climate policy - interdisciplinary and comparative perspectives from Chile, Sweden and beyond

Montserrat Lopez and Andrés Palacio had the pleasure to join a diverse group of researchers working on sustainable water development. The event was hosted by Stockholm University and KTH University between the 10 and 14th of June. The session included daily group discussions, a field trip to Tämnaren Water Association, which includes local actors around the lake Tämnaren and the three surrounding municipalities of Uppsala, Heby and Tierp. In the same line, the FoodAct project was presented by Cristian Alarcon from SLU and his project teams from Chile, Italy and Nicaragua.
